The number of responses. The amount of kind words. The outpouring of love and encouragement I received in response to my last message was and continues to be overwhelming. I have so enjoyed reconnecting with many of you and reading your heartfelt messages. Thank you. For your support, your compassion, and your willingness to stick around and see what’s next.

I’m jumping headfirst into the world of online coaching—though I’m calling it Mentorship, because that’s what it truly is. Over my 23 years in private practice, I’ve mentored many massage therapists—formally and informally—and I’ve come to realize something many of you have said to me over the years: I’ve been selling myself short. I wasn’t just a massage therapist. I was (and still am) so much more.
The community I built through Well Within has grown into something far beyond what I ever imagined—full of talented, compassionate practitioners who are not only thriving, but making a real impact in our city and beyond. I’m not here to take credit for their individual successes, but I have played a role in supporting, mentoring, and guiding many of them over the years.
Now, I’m channeling that experience into something new: a mentorship-based business that helps other client-focused professionals grow with clarity, confidence, and sustainability. This next chapter is all about empowering others the way I’ve done for decades—just in a new (and beautifully expansive) way.
I believe we’re in the midst of a business revolution. As more people move away from traditional corporate roles—whether by leaving entirely or creating side hustles—I see a return to the age of the merchant. Each of us has something unique to offer, whether it’s knowledge, skills, or products, and we need guidance to navigate this Wild West-like online world. Apprenticeships, once again, are becoming a powerful alternative to formal, institutionalized education, gaining more mainstream traction as the preferred way to learn and grow in today’s business landscape. In this shift, we’re not just creating businesses; we’re building communities of learners, mentors, and creators who are shaping the future of work. My goal is to help guide those in industries like mine, empowering them to build and sustain successful practices that thrive in this new era.
I am looking for 10 students, mentees, or entrepreneurs who want to invest in their business. This is especially for massage therapists, acupuncturists, estheticians, personal trainers, and other one-on-one client-focused professionals who are ready to grow with intention. If you’re great at your craft but unsure how to consistently attract and retain clients, manage the behind-the-scenes of your business, or create a schedule that doesn’t leave you burned out—this is for you. Inside this program, you’ll learn how to build systems that support your work, develop authentic marketing strategies, and run your business in a way that feels both professional and sustainable. Your business can thrive without sacrificing your well-being—and I’m here to help you make that happen.
